Coming from a humble beginning, the company has seen a fair share of struggle and success. It is often the journey that matters and not the destination. Since the establishment of Jodhani Group, it has made a crucial leap forward to become one of the major electrical solution provider company in Nepal.
History
At Jodhani Group, we’ve been shaping industries and building communities since our inception. Here’s a glimpse into our journey:
2000 – The Beginning
Jodhani Group was founded with a vision to innovate and excel in diverse sectors, laying the foundation for a legacy of excellence.
2005 – Havells Nepal Pvt. Ltd.
We ventured into electrical manufacturing with Havells Nepal Pvt. Ltd., pioneering the production of wires and cables to meet the growing demand for reliable electrical solutions.
2011 – Rapti Gabion Pvt. Ltd.
Expanding our footprint into infrastructure development, Rapti Gabion Pvt. Ltd. was established, specializing in the manufacturing of gabion boxes for robust and eco-friendly solutions.
2015 – Siddhartha Ply Pvt. Ltd.
Recognizing the need for quality building materials, Siddhartha Ply Pvt. Ltd. was established, becoming a trusted name in plywood production with a commitment to excellence.
2017 – Delta Allied Pvt. Ltd.
Delta Allied Pvt. Ltd. joined our family, catering to the demand for raw materials in the electrical industry, offering a wide range of products to support our manufacturing ventures.
2020 – Avone System and Controls Pvt. Ltd.
Avone System and Controls Pvt. Ltd. became synonymous with innovation in electrical instrumentation and automation solutions, driving industrial efficiency and productivity.
2022 – Delta Tea Estate Pvt. Ltd.
Contributing to agriculture, Delta Tea Estate Pvt. Ltd. was established to supply premium tea leaves, enriching the local market with a refreshing tea experience.
2023 – Delta Trade & Suppliers
Our trading arm, Delta Trade & Suppliers, was launched to facilitate seamless product distribution across various industries, connecting demand with supply.
2024 – RMB Overseas Pvt. Ltd.
With a focus on quality and service, RMB Overseas Pvt. Ltd. joined our diverse portfolio, further enhancing our commitment to excellence.

How It All Came Together
It all began with Delta Tea State Pvt. Ltd. which still is operating as a subsidiary company of Jodhani Group. Mr. Ramesh Jodhani also founded Delta Trade & Suppliers under his proprietorship on January 26, 2003 (2059). The journey saw a drastic change in its path with the establishment of Havells Nepal in 2005. After acquiring these three companies, the vision not only seemed to come into reality but also started to expand as Rapti Gabion was taken over in 2011. Soon enough Avone System and Controls (Nepal) was founded in 2012. The series of launching companies for expanding and providing a complete solution continued with the launch of RMB Overseas Pvt. Ltd. in 2016. In 2015, Siddharth Ply Pvt. Ltd. was taken over. Delta Allied Pvt. Ltd. was launched in 2017. This is how the group of companies came into place.
