History
With the vision of forming a group in the industry sector for the betterment of Nation’s economy and providing employment to the brilliant minds of the Nation, Jodhani Group was founded in 2014 (2071 ). Starting from the grounds, the foundation seemed like a far-fetched idea looking back at where the company came from. It all started with a dream of a visionary man, Mr. Banwari Lal Jodhani and carried on by his son, Mr. Ram Gopal Jodhani, to leave a mark in the industrial sector of Nepal. Mr. Ram Gopal Jodhani had a reputation in the trading sector by involving in the supply of raw materials and distribution of products to concerned parties.
Mr. Ramesh Jodhani, son of Ram Gopal Jodhani, pursued the dream of his father with business on a trading firm and soon enough, he established Delta Tea State Pvt. Ltd. on June 16, 1998 (2055 BS) that sells tea leaves in the local market. Eventually, he stepped into the industry sector of Nepal and he changed the course of business with the establishment of Delta Cable and Pipe Industries Pvt. Ltd. (now Havells Nepal) in 2005. Since the beginning, he wanted to provide a complete solution to the people in the industry sector through his expertise and capable manpower. This now seemed achievable through this company with the distribution of the complete electrical solution.

How It All Came TogetherJourney
The decision of forming a group was made on the occasion of the birthday of Mr. Ramesh Jodhani in 2014 by the partners and stakeholders of all the subsidiary companies. This turned out to be the greatest gift to the man with a wish of bringing revolution in the Nepalese industrial sector by forming a group of companies.
It all began with Delta Tea State Pvt. Ltd. which still is operating as a subsidiary company of Jodhani Group. Mr. Ramesh Jodhani also founded Delta Trade & Suppliers under his proprietorship on January 26, 2003 (2059). The journey saw a drastic change in its path with the establishment of Havells Nepal in 2005. After acquiring these three companies, the vision not only seemed to come into reality but also started to expand as Rapti Gabion was taken over in 2011. Soon enough Avone System and Controls (Nepal) was founded in 2012. The series of launching companies for expanding and providing a complete solution continued with the launch of RMB Overseas Pvt. Ltd. in 2016. In 2015, Siddharth Ply Pvt. Ltd. was taken over. Delta Allied Pvt. Ltd. was launched in 2017. This is how the group of companies came into place.
